While I have completed automotive projects I cannot assume the liability for working on car seats with integrated airbags. To fabricate covers with airbags a shop needs a $60K sewing machine connected to a computer with tension sensors and a data recorder and printer, it also has to be certified annually and the operator must be trained. Far too expensive for my shop and most others too. The only way not to be sued for an airbag failure is not to work on them, a sad commentary on our society but that’s the current situation.

As I work out of my residence I do not have the shop space to store your car inside while it’s being worked on unless under a cover in my driveway is a satisfactory solution for you. If you bring seats to me I can work on them and that includes your golf cart, ATV, motorcycle etc. I have the skills and equipment but not the certified machine to work on airbags.
